Deep Dish Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    vanilla ice cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk.
    Pour into 10-inch casserole (greased).
    Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
    Place peach slices over batter. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup peach juice with cream cheese.
    Spread over peaches.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
