Ripe Olive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese (not fat-free or light)
4 to 6 oz. Blue cheese
1/2 tsp. grated onions
1 (2.25 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Preparation

Fits on salad size plate.
Blend softened butter, cheeses, onion and olives.
Shape in ball and roll in almonds. Refrigerate.
This also freezes well.
Serve with crackers.
