Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. fresh blueberries (or frozen berries, thawed and drained)
Preparation
    Beat baking mix, eggs, milk and sour cream with hand beater until smooth.
    Stir in berries.
    For each pancake, pour 1/2 cup batter onto hot grill.
    Cook until pancakes are dry around edges. Turn. Cook other side until golden brown. Yield:
    about 15 pancakes.
