Chocolate Chip Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in bowl first 4 ingredients.
    Beat and add chocolate chips and set aside.
    Sift or mix the next 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat all ingredients together (dry and wet).
    It will be runny.
    Fill muffin cup 1/3 full with chocolate batter and add heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Makes 24 cupcakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
