Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender, but not done.
    Mix with soup and pour into a buttered 8 x 11-inch glass dish.
    Top with cheese, then bread cubes.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
