Easy Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. regular rice, uncooked
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 3/4 c. water
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine, cut in slices
Preparation
    Sprinkle the rice into a 13 x 8 x 3-inch baking dish.
    Combine soup and water; pour over the rice.
    Place the chicken pieces, skin side up, in the dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place a slice of margarine on each piece of chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
