Seafood Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, cut up
20 stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. water
1 c. chili sauce
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Preparation

Soften in cold water, dissolve over hot water.\tCombine ingredients, adding gelatin mixture last.
Put in greased fish mold and use
sliced
almonds on top to look like fish scales. Use olives
for
eyes after it has been refrigerated overnight and unmolded.
