Fruit Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Lay out cream cheese to soften.
Drain and squeeze juice from pineapple and discard.
Soften cream cheese in mixer with powdered sugar.
Add other ingredients and mix well with spoon or hands. Shape into ball and chill.
Add additional nuts to cover ball before or after chilling.
Serve with Town House or Ritz crackers.
