Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 medium carrots
Preparation
    Cook carrots for 20 minutes. Then cut into one inch chunks. Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and ginger. Add orange juice. Cook, stirring until mixture thickens and bubbles. Boil one minute. Stir in butter. Pour over hot carrots, toss to coat evenly.
