Meat Loaf In The Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, 1 cup cheese, bread crumbs, egg, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into a ball.
    Place in a shallow 9-inch round pan and flatten ball almost to sides of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour off drippings and pour tomato sauce over meat.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of remaining shredded cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cut into pie-shaped wedges to serve.
