Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    17 oz. can cream style corn
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine corn & milk. Stir in egg. Add 3/4 c. crumbs, pimento, onion, salt & pepper. Pour into oiled casserole dish. Melt butter in small skillet. Brown remainder of crumbs. Spread on top of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
