Kool-Aid Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Kool-Aid
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 large can pineapple juice
    2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Mix Kool-Aid and water.
    Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved.
    Add pineapple juice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into containers and freeze until ready to serve.
    Thaw slightly and add 2 quarts ginger ale.
