Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 c. fresh Key lime juice
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. sugar
lime slices (optional)
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
