Hawaiian Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow pound cake or 1 yellow cake mix, plus 1 Tbsp. oil added
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    3 boxes instant coconut cream pudding
    4 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    Cool Whip
    coconut
Preparation
    Bake cake in 9 x 13-inch pan or larger; cool.
    Drain pineapple and spread on cake.
    Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese; spread on top of pineapple.
    Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Refrigerate.
