Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pound bag hash brown potatoes
1 stick melted butter
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with paprika and more grated cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
