Sauerkraut And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut
    5.5 oz. can V-8 juice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 pork chops (1 to 1 1/2-inch thick)
Preparation
    Arrange sauerkraut on bottom of baking pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Pour V-8 juice over top.
    Place pork chops on top of mixture.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
