Bev'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream (may use lite or nonfat)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook spinach and onion together according to package directions.
Drain thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until firm and top is lightly browned.
