Mandarin Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    3 small cans mandarin oranges, drained (save juice)
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 c. pineapple and mandarin juice, mixed
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve both packages of jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1 cup reserved pineapple and mandarin orange juice.
    Add pineapple and mandarin oranges to jello.
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Top mixture with miniature marshmallows. Chill until firm.
    Just before serving, combine mayonnaise and sour cream and spread like a frosting on top.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
    A very pretty salad.
