Potato Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boiled potatoes
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. cream
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. onion juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease cookie sheet.
    Drain potatoes and rice while hot.
    Mix cream, egg yolks, salt, onion juice, cheese and parsley.
    Add to riced potatoes and whip until fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into potato mixture.
    Pile lightly into 8 mounds on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
