Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. peaches, peeled
4 lb. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. mace
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Tie spices in cheesecloth and boil syrup.
Drop peaches in boiling syrup.
Cook soft and then seal at once.
