*Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 tsp. horseradish
    3 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 small carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sour cream. Store in the refrigerator until ready to mix with spinach.
    Vein one package of fresh spinach.
    Break into bite size pieces.
    Add small carton of cottage cheese to spinach.
    Add pecans and dressing when ready to be served.
    Serves 8 to 12 people.
