Carrot Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. very finely chopped celery
    1 c. very finely chopped nuts
    1/2 c. India relish
    garlic or garlic salt to taste
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grind and drain carrots and you may prefer to grind nuts.
    Mix all together and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
