Breakfast Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage or bacon
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. diced Jack cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pt. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain meat.
    Add Tabasco to beaten eggs.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Blend into eggs.
    Add meat, cheese and drained spinach.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake 15 minutes.
