Morea'S Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground round
    2 onions, diced
    1 small can tomato sauce
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 5 baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
    butter or margarine to taste
    milk (whole or otherwise) to taste
    paprika (to garnish mashed potato topping)
Preparation
    Saute diced onions in oil.
    Add chopped meat to brown.
    Take browned meat from skillet and drain in strainer.
    Return drained meat to skillet and add tomato sauce and chili powder.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Put meat into deep Pyrex pie plate.
