Heluskia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion (medium), chopped
    1/2 head cabbage (slaw style)
    8 oz. cooked egg noodles (thin)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions on package.
    Brown hamburger, onion and celery in oil.
    Add cabbage and steam until tender; do not add water as cabbage will add moisture.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Add cooked noodles for the last 5 minutes.
    Serve with green salad and French bread.
