Quick Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans (15 oz.) ravioli
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 2-quart microwavable casserole. Add onions. Cover loosely and microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in ravioli; cover tightly and microwave 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until hot. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Yield: 6 servings.
