Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. + 1 tsp. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix well the flour, salt and sugar into the shortening.
    Beat 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon water, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture and mix until all ingredients are moistened. Makes enough for 2 crusts.
