1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten before adding
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil

Spray muffin tins with nonstick coating.
Add 1/2 butter, then drop teaspoonful of favorite preserves, jelly or apples slices.
Spoon on remaining batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
