Sherried Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. cooking sherry
    2 c. cooked rice, still warm
Preparation
    Wash and pat dry chicken, place in cooking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Salt and pepper pieces, cook for 1/2 amount of time at 350\u00b0. Add sherry to mushroom soup and pour over chicken pieces.
    Finish cooking chicken until done.
    Serve on rice.
