Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
    Beat in milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
