Ruth'S Lake Texoma Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans, soaked overnight
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Williams chili seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    Saute onion in a little oil.
    Brown the meat.
    Mix all the ingredients except the beans.
    Place beans in a crock-pot.
    Cover with water.
    Add the meat mixture and stir well.
    Turn the crock-pot on high.
    Go fishing for about 6 hours.
    Come home and make cornbread and supper is ready.
