Aunt Pat'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up in pieces
    1 jar apricot preserves or 1 jar orange marmalade (10 or 12 oz. jar)
    1 bottle Russian dressing (8 oz. red)
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Combine and mix other ingredients; add chicken and make sure all chicken is covered with sauce.
    Put in casserole or oblong baking dish, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix before baking at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender.
    Remove from baking dish to serving platter and pour remaining sauce over chicken.
