Cranberry-Apple Ketchup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans jellied cranberry sauce
1 (24 oz.) jar applesauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

In a large saucepan, using a wire whisk, whip cranberry sauce. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Place over medium heat, whisking occasionally until smooth, and flavors are blended, about 15 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Pour into gift bottle or jars and cover.
Refrigerate up to one month.
This is very good served with turkey, pork or game.
