Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans minced clams, drain and set aside juice
1 to 1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. parsley
sprinkle garlic powder, basil, oregano, onion
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Mix in juice to a mushy consistency and spread in pie pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
