Danish Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. margarine, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix the margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add the flour, soda and salt. Add the oatmeal and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 3 dozen.
