Stuffed Flounder Fillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. canned mushrooms, minced
1 slice reduced-calorie bread, diced
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
5 oz. uncooked flounder fillet
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Place mixture in center of fillet; roll up, jelly roll fashion, and place in baking dish, seam side down.
Place remaining ingredients on top of fillet. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until done.
Makes 1 serving.
