Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine crushed saltines
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 c. cut green beans
    1 can vegetable beef soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
    1 egg
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. water
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine ground beef, crumbs, herbs, egg and garlic.
    Mix thoroughly and shape into 20 meatballs.
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook meatballs until brown on all sides. Pour off fat.
