Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. milk
    1 small c. pimentos
    1 heaping c. crackers
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar; add salt, butter, vinegar and milk and cook until thickened (in double boiler).
    Add cheese, pimentos and cracker crumbs.
    Mix well and pour into greased mold.
    Bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
