Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 to 16 oz.) cans sweet peas, well drained
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise (may add more if desired)
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Colby cheese, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped/diced (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Mix well, but try not to smash your peas.
    Ready to serve, but tastes better if it stands for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
    Quick to make and tastes great!
