German Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cover cabbage with boiling water.
    Add onion and nutmeg.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Drain off most of water.
    Add butter, vinegar and sugar.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 servings.
