Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli (bag)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute the celery and onion in butter until transparent.
    Set aside. Combine soup, evaporated milk and cooked rice.
    Add the celery and onion mixture to the soup. Grease a medium casserole and add thawed broccoli in the bottom. Add the soup-rice-onion mixture.
    Do not stir!
    Sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
