Microwave Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust of choice, baked in oven
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 egg yolks (save whites)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. frozen coconut
    2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix well and microwave all the ingredients for 3 minutes. Add 1/2 stick of butter and stir. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes. Stir and pour in cooked pie shell.
