Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and margarine, stirring until melted.
    Add sugar and evaporated milk alternately.
    Cook over low heat for 8 minutes.
    When bubbles appear at pan sides, add the vanilla. Store refrigerated.
    When ready to use, heat in a double boiler or in a microwave oven.
