English Muffin Crab Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
1 jar Kraft Old English Cheese, sharp
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1-1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
6 English Muffins
Preparation

Melt cheese and butter; stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Mix crabmeat, salt, garlic salt and mayonnaise. Combine with cheese and butter mixture.
Let stand until cool. Cut muffins in half.
Stir crab mixture to blend after cooling and spread onto muffin halves.\tCut into triangles and place on a cookie sheet.
Place in freezer (uncovered) for 1/2 hour.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
