Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 maraschino cherries
10 pineapple slices
reserved pineapple juice
1 box yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan; stir in brown sugar.
Place pineapple slices (4 on each side and 4 halves down center).
Put 1/2 of cherry in center of each ring.
Mix cake by directions on box, using reserved pineapple juice for water.
Add water if necessary.
Pour over pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Invert on plate.
