Easy Rice And Crawfish Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can (3 oz.) mushrooms with liquid
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
2 c. beef consomme soup
1 stick margarine
2 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 lb. crawfish, cleaned and drained
Preparation

Spray the bottom of your rice cooker very well with Pam or butter.
Mix well and cook in cooker the length of time required by your cooker.
You might have to cook longer, depending on how \"wet\" you like your rice.
You can also cook this on the top of your stove, the length of time it takes you to cook rice.
Serves 6.
