Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. cooked roast pork (butt end)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large head cabbage
    16 oz. sauerkraut, drained
    1 qt. whole tomatoes
    caraway seed
Preparation
    Cook the rice in lightly salted water according to package directions.
    Cool slightly.
    Mix with the next 8 ingredients for filling.
