Breakfast Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. oats
    1/2 lb. sesame seed
    1/2 lb. sunflower seeds
    8 oz. coconut
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. cashew nut pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and toast in shallow baking pan tray for 1 hour at 325\u00b0, stirring mixture thoroughly every 15 minutes.
