White Fudge Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. white chocolate
1 c. chopped candied cherries, drained well
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate, stirring in Eagle Brand milk as it starts to melt. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into long, buttered baking dish. Chill 3 hours. Cut into squares.
