Mexican Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. fat
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. rice
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Roll chicken
    in
    mixture
    of
    flour
    and chili powder. Brown chicken in hot fat.
    Reduce heat; add other ingredients. Cover; simmer until done, about 40 minutes.
